The double m16 pouches from Special Operations Technologies is a another well made product.
It features a metal drainage hole on the bottom, as well as sewn in webbing straps which means no need for malice clips. A feature i like is that the long velcro cover is just one layer of 1000D cordura. Most companies double up the cordura in all areas but there are some areas where it is just not needed. The insides of the pouch is doubled up for that extra stregnth where wear is going to be high, but the cover just doesnt need it and bu having just one layer you are saving weight which on one pouch alone makes not so much difference, but can add up on a whole loadout. The webbing its self however could do with being thicker as S.O.Tech seem to use a much thinner webbing when compared to Eagle for example.
Overall, this is a great magazine pouch, with great looks too.
